Meal Delivery Service Guidelines
Here is some important information regarding our meal delivery service:
Preparation of your order will begin within 24 hours of confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed. However, if you need to reschedule a delivery, kindly inform us of the desired date at least 72 hours in advance.
Deliveries are scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9am-2pm. If our driver is unable to reach you, your meals will be returned to our facility. Please contact us via email to reschedule.
We prepare all dishes fresh and follow all food safety guidelines, but we are not responsible for spoilage once the meals have been delivered. We recommend consuming meals within 7 days of delivery, except for seafood and salads which should be consumed within 4 days, while beef, poultry, and vegetables can last up to 7 days. You can freeze all meals except salads. Please report any issues in writing with accompanying photos within 24 hours of delivery.
All meals are made to order, so we do not store cooked food for days before shipping. We use only fresh, all-natural ingredients, which means that meals are subject to change without notice. If an ingredient for a particular meal is unavailable, we reserve the right to reconstruct dishes without notice.
We take food safety seriously and all our staff are experienced, certified kitchen personnel. Our goal is to bring you fresh, high-quality meals, and maintain great standards for our clients.
Please note that we are closed on weekends. If you have a Friday delivery and miss it, you may have to wait until Monday to pick up. Alternatively, we can arrange redelivery on our next delivery date for an additional fee.
