If you have a meal plan from a trainer or gym, send into us and we can prepare the meals for you.
Delivery days are Tuesdays & Fridays between 9am-2pM.
We deliver Tuesday & Fridays between 9am-2pm. Orders need to be in by
Tuesday. on a Saturday at 5 for Tuesday delivery and orders need to be in by Tuesday at noon for Friday delivery, If you are purchasing multiple weeks, delivery will start

from our base in Vallejo California. Food preparation and
meal planning is rapidly gaining traction in households like

Before companies like ours offered meal planning and
meal delivery services, if our customers wanted to plan
healthy meals throughout the week, they had to set aside
time to think of recipes that weren’t time-consuming and
also easy to make and healthy. We rotate the menu
weekly to stay on point with our objective of
keeping meal prep fun, fresh, and healthy.
